Delete your account

SamaSight vision-therapy practice games

In the app (immediate)

Open SamaSight and sign in.
Open Settings → Account → Delete my account.
Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@samasight.org from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account and email address.
Your profile, progress, levels, game results and settings.
Your routines, practice plans, end-of-game answers and feedback.
Links with specialists, and your email preferences (including the news list).

What may be kept

If an email to you bounced or was marked as spam, we keep only the address on a "do not email" list, so we never email it again.
Data saved only on your own device is removed when you delete in the app; otherwise clear the app's site data or uninstall it.
